We are FYC, London’s most professional fleet of bicycle, ebike and ecargo mechanics.

We have a specialist mobile team focused on servicing and repairing some of the markets major brands of top ecargo bikes including: Urban Arrow, VOK, Iceni and more.  Ecargo bikes are now becoming business critical to get deliveries to site and on time, can you really afford for your ecargo bike to be off the road.

Breakdown Cover

Our trained mobile team will attend the breakdown to get your rider back on the move.

Breakdown cover means you’ll get help from our trained ecargo bike mechanics if your riders ecargo bike breaks down.

As standard, if your ecargo breaks, we’ll send out one of our trained ecargo service mechanics on the spot. We’ll repair your ecargo right there and then, it’s what we call ecargo and ebike roadside assistance.

If your ecargo is beyond repair, our ecargo recovery service will take your ecargo to our nearest service centre.
